Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My parents immigrated to Canada from India as educators and quietly began investing in real estate during the 1980s recession. What started with a single duplex grew, through discipline, vision, and smart investing, into a multimillion-dollar portfolio of high-rise properties. Watching them taught me early that real estate can do far more than provide a place to live.
It can create wealth, freedom, opportunity, and legacy.
It also taught me something equally important: don’t wait to enjoy the life you’re building.
Nearly three decades ago, after earning my MBA, I left the North for South Florida. What began as an unexpected career in real estate quickly became my passion. Within months, I was representing millions of dollars in property, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of representing some of South Florida’s most exceptional luxury waterfront homes and working with discerning clients from around the world.
My experience extends beyond traditional residential real estate into investing, construction finance, and new development. After returning to the industry, I helped sell more than $33 million in new development in a single quarter and have represented more than $25 million in luxury residential inventory.
But numbers are only part of the story.

When I’m not working, I’m probably putting together the perfect outfit for a beautiful dinner, boating at sunset with family and friends, traveling somewhere with a great story — and if the music is right, staying up much later than I planned, dancing.
